This Woodinville remodel proves that great design can completely transform how a home looks and lives. With incredible valley views as the backdrop, our goal was to take this home from dark and dated to light, timeless, and truly tailored to our client’s lifestyle.
The result is a transitional interior design that feels warm, elevated, and effortlessly inviting, perfect for entertaining family and friends.

A Brighter, Timeless Design Direction
We approached this Woodinville remodel with longevity in mind, blending classic materials with clean lines and subtle softness. Carrara marble and natural wood set the tone, creating a space that feels elegant without feeling formal. Rift-sawn white oak cabinetry adds warmth and texture, while keeping the overall palette light and bright.
Kitchen Remodel: Same Layout, Major Impact
One of the biggest transformations happened in the kitchen. By keeping the existing footprint, we were able to focus on high-impact upgrades that elevated the entire space.
Panel-ready appliances create a seamless, custom look, while a custom-designed hood draws the eye up and instantly brightens the room. We also extended the island to add more seating and functionality, making it a true hub for gathering, cooking, and everyday living.
Carrara marble countertops and full-height backsplash slabs tie the kitchen beautifully into the rest of the home and bring in that classic, high-end feel.

Designed for Entertaining (and Game Night)
Entertaining was top of mind for our client—especially game nights. We swapped the original square dining table for a round table that seats five, encouraging conversation and making the space feel more relaxed and social. Upholstered dining chairs on casters add comfort and flexibility, making it easy to pull up a seat and stay awhile.

Living Room Remodel: Goodbye Arches, Hello Custom Built-Ins
The living room fireplace wall needed a serious refresh. There were arches everywhere, so we removed the arched drywall, squared off the openings, and added custom built-ins to maximize storage and display space.
A custom white oak fireplace surround and mantle anchor the room, while herringbone Carrara marble tile ties the fireplace back to the kitchen’s stone details for a cohesive, polished look.

Light, Soft, and Effortlessly Inviting
To finish the space, we layered in a light and neutral color palette with soft sage greens, warm taupes, and rounded furniture silhouettes for a touch of femininity. The result feels relaxed, elegant, and welcoming; proof that a townhouse can truly feel spacious with the right design choices.

A Woodinville Townhouse That Lives Large
This Woodinville remodel transformed a dated townhouse into a home that feels open, custom, and completely personal. Designed for entertaining and everyday comfort, it now allows our client to host with ease in a space that finally feels like hers.
