Before founding Amy Wellnitz Design in 2022, Amy spent more than a decade in hospitality, where she learned that the best experiences rarely happen by accident. They are built through a thousand thoughtful details, from the way a space flows to the way it welcomes you in.

That perspective still shapes the way Amy approaches every home today. She begins by listening: to how her clients live, what they love, what isn’t working and what they want their home to feel like. From there, she considers everything, balancing beauty with function and making choices that feel personal rather than prescribed.
