Amy Wellnitz is a passionate and versatile Seattle area interior designer dedicated to creating inspiring and thoughtful spaces. She has a streamlined design process to ensure your design project is handled with complete care from concept to completion.

Discovery
We start with a complimentary phone consultation to better understand your project and design goals. After this call, if we agree we’re a good fit, we schedule an in-home consultation where we will walk the space together, gain an in-depth understanding of your project and take initial measurements. Amy will then prepare a proposal that includes the project scope of work, estimate and timeline.

Design Concept
In this phase, we will get started on interior design and architectural solutions that bring your vision to life. We will schedule a few meetings - one of which is the Design Concepts presentation where we propose conceptual designs for your project. This is an exploratory phase where we fine-tune the aesthetic direction, space plans and initial finishes & furnishings concepts through digital design boards. We will work together with your architect, contractor and trades until we have a final design plan that we can act on.

Construction & Procurement
By the time we enter phase three, your design is finalized and approved, and home furnishings are ready to be ordered. We will be working closely with all trades to manage the construction process and ensure everything runs smoothly and on schedule (and within budget) with on-site visits as essential components are taking shape. We will also be working closely with our vendors to order furnishings, artwork and accessories. In this phase, no detail is overlooked and communication is key.

Delivery & Installation
This is the moment you have been waiting for. Construction is complete and our design is brought to life through the professional delivery and installation of all furnishings, artwork and accessories. Amy will be present to ensure everything is installed properly and that you are 100% satisfied with the end result. This is the part where you kick back, relax and we welcome you home to your beautiful new space.
